Happy Customer

Back in 2014, the usual cast of sales folks were trying to sell us a new Digital printer. At the time we were not pleased with the support we were getting on our current Kodak printers. One salesman thought I should give Chris Miller a call at Net Print Solutions. It was most definitely the best phone call I have ever made. I was tired of dealing with a huge corporation and just being a number. The technician were not really trained that well and just swapped parts until a problem went away. Response times were always inconsistent. I met face to face with Chris, the owner of Net Print. I explained my past experience and he assured me he could solve my problems. We parted on a hand shake. Best of all we had each other’s cell phones, so when either of us really needed something it was only a phone call away. Over the past eight years Chris and his team have provided an excellent level of service and support. We have parts on site and if we can render a repair they walk us through the process. We have purchased two additional machines from Net Print. When we need additional equipment NetPrint is our first and only stop. What seems to be a complex business, is really not. It all comes down to deliver what you promise. Seven days a week, 24 hour a day. Net Print makes it look easy !!
